Our charming Caribbean-inspired beachhouse sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico with your private beach just off our front deck. Our home is decorated with antiques and oriental carpets and features hardwood floors and soaring high ceilings. In addition, it offers two screened porches front and back to best capture the cool breezes. The back porch doubles as a cozy sleeping porch with a trundle bed (2 twins or a King) and its own private entrance.

Each spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a small daybed suitable for young children, plus we have a sofabed in the living room. We can sleep up to six adults comfortably and we can usually accommodate your pets with advance notice. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, bread maker and a large pantry and is fully stocked with all utensils, pots and pans. All linens are supplied, including beach towels. Ours is a non-smoking home and we ask that guests refrain from smoking in the house. A dock is included for your boat, or you may hire one of the area water taxis for transportation to the mainland. Just bring your bathing suit, groceries and a tropical attitude!

Our weekly rental rate is $2000 and we have a one week minimum rental period. Sorry we cannot rent for weekends. We also request a $300 reservation/security deposit which is refunded in full following your departure assuming no damage. Surcharge of $500 for holiday weeks including Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
