Our weekly rental rate is $2000 plus tax and we have a one week minimum rental period. Sorry, but we cannot rent for weekends.

We also request a $300 reservation/security deposit which is refunded in full following your departure assuming no damage.

There may be a surcharge of $500 for holiday weeks including Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
