Antigua Hut is one of the original “round houses” on Little Gasparilla Island. These round houses were designed to let in light and cooling breezes from all sides. This beach house is the perfect family retreat. It is just a short two-minute walk to the beach and equally close to the dock. This house comes equipped with kayaks — one single and one tandem — so you can explore the sand bar at your leisure and make friends with the manatees! It offers two bedrooms in the “original” house and a third bedroom added later when the house was expanded to meet the needs of a growing family. It has a spacious outdoor deck for dining. The home is rustic, with the quirky character of one of the island’s original beach houses, and has been in the same family for many years. It has been updated with new bathrooms and new flooring and represents a great value for a weekend getaway or a long-term winter visit.
The owners also include a $100 golf cart voucher for LGI carts for all weekly rentals!
