A Cool Change is a spacious, family-friendly home designed to allow you to create great family memories and best enjoy all that Little Gasparilla has to offer.. The home is just a short walk from Dock 75 where the water taxi drops you off....and another short walk) to the private boardwalk to Little Gasparilla's pristine private beach. Located on Rum Runner Road -- which is known for its lush tropical vegetation -- A Cool Change is a little piece of paradise nestled in the tropical hammock.

A Cool Change offers high speed wireless internet service via Starlink and several large television sets. Both main bedrooms and the living room offer a TV so you can stream your favorite shows while visiting the island.

The home features a master suite with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen and a third bedroom with two bunk beds.

Downstairs, a covered deck provides additional outdoor lounging and a large outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after coming back from the beach or a day of boating. A full size washer and dryer are also included with your rental.

Your rental comes with a complimentary boat dockage at either dock 78 or 79....there is plenty of dock space available plus a large parking lot to leave a golf cart. Gaspar's Hideaway also has a private boardwalk to the beach.

The owners include use of their kayaks and paddle boards.

Golf Cart: Please ask when you book if you are interested in renting a golf cart for your stay. A limited number of carts are available and they must be reserved in advance.

Minimum stay is 3 nights

Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

Groups larger than 6 will be permitted only if the home is being rented by a single family and manager pre-approval is required. Please be aware that occupancy restrictions include all children.

Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo.

Parking - $8/night ($10/night if you have a boat trailer) at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi
Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.
