Sea Star Beach House has just completed a renovation and is ready for visitors!!! The home is located directly on the beach, offering great sunset views from the porch. A great place to unplug and enjoy all that the island has to offer. The home has free satellite wi-fi, a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a sleeping loft with two twins. (Please note floor space is limited in the small upstairs room; it is accessible by a narrow spiral staircase. Not suitable for very small children or the mobility impaired.) The home also has a washer and dryer, and a fabulous screened front porch with a dining table and comfortable seating area overlooking the Gulf.  Glass doors open completely so you can extend your living area right out to the front porch. You can have dinner while listening to the sound of the waves on the beach. Or relax on the porch with a good book, while listening to the shore birds just a few steps away. It is in a perfect spot right ON the beach, with a decked area downstairs for grilling, a charcoal grill, a large open-air outdoor shower and a private dunewalk leading directly to the beach.  The home also includes access to a free dock slip at Dock 48 and beach chairs.

Rents from $400/night or $2,800/week, 4 night minimum

Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

  • Cleaning Fee - minimum $300 cleaning fee

  • Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo

  • Minimum Renter Age - 25

  • Dock slip - included on dock 48 (this is also where the water taxi drops you off)

  • Complimentary Concierge- will meet you at the dock with a golf cart to assist with transporting your luggage and groceries to the home

  • Parking - $9/night ($11/night if you have a boat trailer) at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi

  • Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.
