This newly renovated cottage sits in a perfect spot on the island.....beautiful LGI beach out in front and a private dock right behind the home for easy transporting of groceries and bags to the home. Sunrise views over the canal and bay and dramatic sunset views from your font porch.....this will be your experience during your stay on Little Gasparilla.
The home features a large screened front porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico....comfortable seating and dining on the porch lets you enjoy the fresh air year round. Inside, the home has stunning new kitchen and living area with plenty of seating overlooking the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or full dinner.
The master suite occupies one side of the house and offers lots of privacy....plus a newly renovated private en-suite bathroom with oversized vanity, a large king bed and spacious closets. The other side of the house offers two more king bedrooms and another recently renovated bath.
Downstairs, there is a washer-dryer in a storage area, along with beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Another dining table and chairs can be found on the downstairs deck.
Directly behind the house, just 30 seconds away, is your private dock at the head of the island's north canal. The dock features a fish-cleaning station and plenty of room for your boat, jet skis or kayaks. This home offers the epitome of convenience.....a dramatic gulf-front location with the ease and access of a private dock right at your back door.
PLEASE NOTE: We do require that two members of each group must be over 25 years of age. We apologize, but we can NOT rent to college groups as a courtesy to the homeowners and our island neighbors. Guests will be evicted if found not to meet age requirements upon check in. Additionally, we can not exceed capacity in island homes due to the fragile septic systems.
Rents from $3,150/ week, 4-night minimum
Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.
WiFi - satellite wi-fi included. Speeds adequate for web-browsing, emails, social media, but probably not for games or streaming.
Pet Policy - Permitted with $100 pet fee (per pet). The following breeds are NOT permitted: Akita, American Bull Dog, Beaucerons, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Keeshounds, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios or Rottweilers.
Cleaning Fee - minimum $325 cleaning fee
Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo
Damage Deposit: The owners of this property require an additional $500 damage deposit (in addition to Waivo). The $500 will be refunded within 30 days of check out if there is no damage to the property.

Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.

My family and I visited Little Gasparilla Island in June of 2021. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend a stay at the oceanfront serenity rental. The home is in the midst of a remodel and we can’t wait to visit again when it is complete. The common areas have already been updated and are beautiful. The location on the south end of the island was perfect for a quiet family vacation. We loved having a boat slip so close to the home as well. We can’t wait to visit again!- Missie T.
House was nicely furnished and well equipped. We did not encounter any issues during our stay and the property manager was super attentive when I had a question (about trash pickup) during our stay. This property was perfect! We originally booked knee deep but unfortunately there was hurricane damage and Terry found us a different house. She sent me a few options to pick from that worked with the dates we wanted to stay. Oceanfront Serenity is a beautiful home. It is very nice on the inside. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two young kids and my in laws(6 people). The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils, plates, cups etc. The wooden walkway to the beach was great so we didn’t have to haul our stuff through most of the beach. The house came with a beach wagon that was AWESOME! We used it everyday. I couldn’t say enough great things about this place. The location is perfect! The beach was never overpopulated with people. There were so many shells and shark teeth. We saw dolphins everyday. The sunsets were breathtaking! The locals were so nice to us. When we drove around on a golf cart everyone was very nice. We forgot charcoal and when I posted on the islands fb page to see if anyone had some they would be willing to sell, someone who lives on the island responded immediately. Our boat ride over was great! The captain was very respectful and on time! Terry is the best! After the hurricane I was worried about the house we booked. I messaged her a few times to check in and she always responded quick. When we got over to the island I needed to call her for a few things and she picked up the first ring. She was so kind. If you plan to rent this home be ready to bring everything you could imagine you would need just in case the taxi can’t take you over asap. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island and will be returning! Kelsey M.
