Coconut Palm Cottage is a newly renovated cottage nestled amidst tropical foliage on a large, beautifully landscaped yard. Inside, a spacious sun porch provides warmth in the winter months, and a large downstairs screened room provides a cool and shady family room in the summer months. There is a very private enclosed shower in the downstairs room as well, along with a washer and dryer. There is also a spacious wrap-around deck for relaxing in the beach breezes.

Upstairs you will find a brand new kitchen and upgraded bathroom fully stocked with all dishes, utensils, glassware and towels, including beach towels.

The home is located halfway between the bay and the beach so just a one minute walk down a sandy path will take you to the dock for some fishing or to the beach for shelling. The home offers two bedrooms and one bath with a king in one bedroom and a queen in the other.

The owners include use of their two single kayaks during your stay. Please note that a waiver signature is required to use the kayaks.

rents from $250/night or $1750/week, 3-night minimum

Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

  • Holiday Surcharges: applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.
