This unique house is an island original! This home has been recently remodeled, yet it retains the charm of one of the island's original cottages. Its location right on the beach is superb! The views are to die for! From the living room and kitchen you feel like you are living on the deck of a ship! The kitchen windows face south toward Boca Grande, French doors face northwest for dramatic sunsets and the spacious wraparound porch provides bright sunshine and cooling breezes no matter what time of year you are here! Round House had minimal damage from Hurricane Ian and is currently welcoming guests!

Outdoors there is casual seating on the front porch overlooking the beach. A fire pit in the back yard enhances the relaxed beach vibe.
The home has been renovated with new windows, new French doors, new kitchen countertops, cabinets and all new stainless appliances including a dishwasher. A new full-size washer and dryer have also recently been added and all porch railings have been recently replaced along with new flooring.
Included with your rental is a dock slip on Dock 21 where you may dock your own boat or a rental boat during your stay.
The owner has thoughtfully appointed the house to maximize comfort while taking advantage of the “right on the beach” location. If you are looking for a casual, charming beachfront cottage, The Round House certainly meets your vacation needs!
Rents from $400/night or $2,800 /Week, 3 night minimum
Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

Pet Policy - pet-friendly with $100 non-refundable fee (per pet). The following breeds are NOT permitted: Akita, American Bull Dog, Beaucerons, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Keeshounds, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios or Rottweilers.

The property is in a beautiful spot. Right on the pristine sandy beach. The area is quiet and peaceful. This is our second stay at the Round House and love it. The house is small but quaint. There are a few upkeep items that need addressed but you cannot go wrong with renting this property. The pricing is reasonable considering the home is right on the beach. The island is very slow paced and tranquil. Perfect for that relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.- Tracy C.
The Round House was a great return place to LGI for our 7th time. The small home is directly on the Gulf - literally 40’ from the water! Recommend the house for a couple and up to two children. The Round House had all the basic items needed for a visit to LGI. Neighbors were great - very helpful! - Eric R.
Our ten day vacation was the best vacation me and my wife ever had, our host terry was incredible from start to finish. If we needed anything she tried her best to fullfil our need. ,We got to see dolphins and a manatee directly in front of our house and sea turtles even hatched overnight under our deck and to wake up to find all these little prints in the sand going into the sea was on another level. We don't have one single complaint with our whole experience except for the no see ums but once we sprayed ourselves down we were good. So I'll end it with we found our little piece of heaven on earth and can't thank the owners enough for such a wonderful experience. You could not find a more perfect location to relax and enjoy your vacation! This time we even got to see Manatees swimming right up next to the shore. A momma and baby, two days in a row. The weather was perfect the views were unbeatable, and the house was cozy. We will be back to the island ASAP! Communication between the hosts and us was perfect, they really are happy to help with anything you may need or to answer questions. No complaints from us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Round House. Going to sleep each evening to the sounds of the waves against the beach made for extremely relaxing rest. The house is perfectly situated to the water and allowed us to spend much needed down time sitting near the surf and soaking up the sun. A great place for one or two couples to enjoy some quiet time away from the crowds. We will definitely be using LGI for future stays! -Tracey C.
My wife and I spent three nights there and we experienced something out of this world between the amazing sunsets to the turtle mark's right next to the round house to the house itself everything was more than perfect and if a tear doesn't get in your eyes from the beauty of it all then you don't deserve to stay there, Terry the manager was impeccable as well as Bret the golf taxi driver that brought our bags right to the door I can honestly say everything was perfect and we hope to someday make it back to your beautiful island.
