ShellEs Paradise is a lovely, newly renovated beach-view cottage located just steps from the beach. With access to a dock slip also included with your rental — plus kayaks and even a pool table — ShellEs Paradise offers the perfect spot for a relaxing private getaway on magical Little Gasparilla Island.
Situated just a short stroll from the beach, ShellEs Paradise offers dramatic views of the Gulf of Mexico from much of the home. The front porch is positioned to capture the cooling Gulf breezes or relax in the sun on a winter morning. Dramatic beach views are everywhere!
Inside the newly renovated home you will find a sparkling new kitchen, new furnishings, updated bathroom and much more, offering a luxurious and welcoming vacation retreat.
Two spacious bedrooms offer comfortable space for up to 6 people. One bedroom offers a king bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and a queen bed.
Downstairs, a spacious party/game room offers a pool table, foosball, darts, a bar, board games, beverage refrigerator, outdoor shower, volleyball court, cornhole and kayaks. Best of all, the beautiful private beach of Little Gasparilla is just outside your door….with access to spectacular sunsets, shells galore, shorebirds, manatees and dolphins. ShellEs Paradise truly affords you a perfect spot to enjoy all that Little Gasparilla has to offer.

Rents from $300/night or $2100/week, 4-night minimum
Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

Pet Policy - Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
Cleaning Fee - minimum $300 cleaning fee, $100 additional charge for unbagged garbage in cans
Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo
Minimum Renter Age - 25
Dock - Access to dock 42 included with your rental
Satellite TV - no, but large (65”) TV for streaming your favorite shows

Parking - $12/day/vehicle, $15/day for vehicle/trailer at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi
Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.
Guest above the limit put excess strain on the septic system. At check in, if guest number exceeds house limits, any additional guests (including children) will be charged at $100 per night per extra guest or rental will be terminated for breach of contract.
